1. About Fiscly

Fiscly is an online tool designed to help expatriates and foreign residents in France prepare their French income tax declaration (déclaration d'impôts). Fiscly is operated as an independent software product and is not affiliated with the Direction Générale des Finances Publiques (DGFiP) or any French government entity.

For complex tax situations — including significant foreign income, multiple tax treaties, business income, or large capital gains — we strongly recommend consulting a professional tax advisor (expert-comptable or conseiller fiscal).

3. Accuracy disclaimer

While we strive to keep our questionnaire and calculations up to date with current French tax law, Fiscly makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any information provided. Tax laws change; you are responsible for verifying the outputs before submitting your declaration to the DGFiP.

Fiscly shall not be liable for any taxes, penalties, interest, or other financial consequences arising from the use of this service.
